Hi! I have a server that that is running an old version of SuSE and I am planning to upgrade it to 10.3 by creating a clean install. Unfortunately I have no physical access to the machine but would still like to control the installation process myself. I don't think I am brave enough to do it with autoYast just yet. I would obviously have someone to boot the install up and plug the machine into the Internet. I have found some clues here: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Remote_Installation_of_SUSE_LINUX but I was wondering if anyone have had any experience using either of the options with 10.3 (or any 10.x). I'd ideally like to try it with vnc but ssh would be equally fine. Any clues highly appreciated. -- Marcin Floryan http://marcin.floryan.pl/ Please consider the environment before printing this email. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
