I previously have used this Template Changer extension. Only it now [not being an oxt] will not install into my current version of LibreOffice.
Have you read the comments on the linke page: Quote.... Note that the downloaded archive needs to have an uppercase OXT extension (TemplateChanger.OXT) End Quote...
