[opensuse] fwbuilder & libnetsnmp.so.15 - OpenSUSE 11.3

When I try to install fwbuilder on OpenSUSE 11.3, it fails with an error about a dependency "libnetsnmp.so.15". I do not see that package as available in Software Management, but I see libnetsnmp.so.20 is installed.
