What should I say ... this bug is over a year old.
After installing the source package xtables-addons it builds both packages:
zypper si xtables-addons rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/packages/SPECS/xtables-addons.spec
xtables-addons-2.14-lp151.3.58.x86_64.rpm xtables-addons-kmp-default-2.14_k4.12.14_lp151.28.10-lp151.3.58.x86_64.rpm
I see lots of compiler warnings but the package gets created and is usable (with some depmod errors with xt_IPMARK.ko when it is installed).
