Hi all,
I recently acquired a Nokia N80 ( mobile phone ).
I found out that the phone would not work as a usb-storage device on SuSE 10.0.
After googgling few times, I found a patch that was applied to the 2.6.17.x kernel. I had to try it on SuSE10.0 Kernel - It did not work directly but, almost. I Just had to rewrite the patch for SuSE10.0 and it worked.
This email is just for that if any user wants to make Nokia N80 work as usb-storage device, he/she just has to apply the kernel patch and recompile the kernel modules.
Don't forget to post it and the fixed patch to susewiki. That way kernel org etc can make it part of all linux. CWSIV
