Anybody using the test 2.6.0 kernels? If so, what are your impressions?

Hello, I've installed kernel-2.6-test5 on SuSE 8.2. It runs fast and great. No need to modify any init script. Need to add a sysfs entry in fstab and to turn usbdevsfs into usbfs. Need to create a /sys folder. Need to compile some modules in the kernel in order to get alsa and dri working. Note that some usb module names have changed : printer -> usblp acm -> cdc-acm, speedtouch -> speedtch ... so you have to modify the modules table in hotplug. cdc-acm doesn't seem to detect usb acm modems, there is a bug. Even my alcatel speedtouch USB DSL modem works !!! Vmware 4.0.2 runs OK after modification of vmware-config.pl and patching with vmware-any-any-update39 acpi and apm are great, no longer need for any boot parameter even for power-off on a SMP box. I look forward for a suse distribution with this kernel. Catimimi.
