I downloaded a short time ago an iso file which I burnt using k3b onto a CD.
When I inserted a blank CD for this purpose I got the "notification" wee-d-git showing me that a blank something was inserted and "asking" what I wanted to do with it: burn it with k3b or what? As usual, I simply ignored this "notification" and started k3b and burnt the iso (successfully :-) btw).
All this was done a couple of hours ago and the newly created CD was safely stored away.
Just now I went to do something else and noticed that the "notification" wee-d-git is still showing in the taskbar. So I looked at it and.....it is showing that I still have a blank CD-R in the drive and asking me which of the 2 options I want to use on it.
And this "notification" wee-d-git isn't going away!
(This whole thing is getting crazier by the day :-) .)
Anybody else notice this behaviour from this "notification" wee-d-git?

How much wee-d did you smoke before posting this Basil? What else were you burn-ing at the time? Is it possible that your snort-d was running at the time? John, you get top score for an on-topic reply! I almost spilled my win..., uh coffee.
Ugh! Forget coffee! Try tea - the way I (used to) make it:
buy some Earl Grey tea;
put it into a tea pot - teaspoon per person but if it is only you then make it at least 2 spoons;
pour a glass of Southern Comfort (or Courvoisier, former preferred) into the pot and let it all stand for at least 15 minutes (or a bit longer);
boil your water and pour into the pot and let the tea steep for normal time;
drink; and
enjoy!

Southern Comfort, really? That's the stuff we drank as teenagers before we developed a taste for the finer things in life.
Oh I see - "finer things in life" like those elephant p*** you collectively call beer? :-D OK, now offtopic so no more comments about elephant p***, right? :-) BC -- Using openSUSE 13.2, KDE 4.14.6 & kernel 3.19.3-1 on a system with- AMD FX 8-core 3.6/4.2GHz processor 16GB PC14900/1866MHz Quad Channel RAM Gigabyte AMD3+ m/board; Gigabyte nVidia GTX660 GPU -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
