[opensuse] GConf error : please help!

I dont know what could possibly cause this error after I restart my notebook : GConf schema installer error, battery_low_percentage cannot be zero What should I do? GNOME-panel are all gone after blinking on startup. Last thing I did was install packet smart and smart-gui.
