Where did you get your subversion package from? Apparently it's I've installed it from oss Repo.
lacking libneon support (there should be ra_neon listed in plus, which is responsible for http and https scheme). I've checked this. I've installed the neon and libneon Package. Maybe i must activate this in svn?
