OK, I admit to being clueless, but this is beyond even me. I reset my BIOS to boot from the CD and then tried to re-boot, and I got the error message that there was no boot image available. I am using the S.u.S.E. CD that I got at the Linux expo in NC. Can anyone point me to some help?
Unfortunately I can't help a lot, but I believe there are ways of getting a boot disk either off the CD or off the Net at S.u.S.E.' site. I have never put much effort into this. I hope one of the more experienced folks here will be able to help with this. Im sure there is documentation on how to accomplish this. I'm not sure what is up with the CD. I've never attempted to boot directly off it. I'm just offering the boot floppy as an alternative approach.
