Has the problem with the KDE 3.1.2 updates breaking yast2 been fixed without using the revert to former qt ben fixed ?
I did these updates and haven't yet identified any YaST problems. Perhaps there's something in a module I haven't used, but YaST is working fine here so far.
If so where is the best place to get the updates ? I can use apt or download the rpms.
More broadly do I really need KDE 3.1.2 at the moment ?
It doesn't look or feel very different from 3.1.1 as far as I'm concerned, though I'm sure it's packed with improvements below the waterline. I'd say no, you don't, but it's working perfectly for me. HTH Fergus
thanks
