Hello, Impossible is not French, so after a few days of trials, I succeeded in installing SuSE 9.3 Professional. My config : Asus P5WD2 premium with : - Intel pentium extreme edition - IDE DVD-Rom as master - IDE DVD RW as slave - T7k250 Sata disk - 7k500 Sata disk My BIOS configuration : - IDE standard, enhanced mode, SATA - USB disabled ( during Linux install only since install freezes with USB enabled ) How to install (with the DVD) : - at boot choose your language with F4 and your 32bit or 64bit with F6 (I didn't yet try 64bit) - type : manual=1 as boot parameter - then go ... During manual installation : - install kernel modules -> SCSI/Raid/IDE modules -> piix - install kernel modules -> SCSI/Raid/IDE modules -> ata_piix Then choose : start installation. Et voilà ....
