thank you Panos since no one else seemed to understand _at all_. Red Hat makes their srpms available and doesn't just say "RHEL is based on fedora, look there". Obviously things such as slab and everything are not the same and just because something's based on something doesn't count w/regards to the GPL. They are distributed along with the binaries. When you download them there is a checkbox for source package which you can select
