[opensuse] Newbie; need autoinst.xml help

If you have a tutorial you can point me to, that's great! I'm familiar with Kickstart, but not autoinst.xml. Trying to figure out how to have a SuSE system add a user to the sudoers file when the server is created. Any links or HOWTOs? Thanks!
