Yup, that looks about right. That is your dhcp info plus the 127.0.0.1 (which NM has somehow figured out).

Ah yes, I see it in the comments now. "an explicit localhost nameserver address". Just for fun, I tried to force my dnsmasq to only listen on 127.0.0.44, but I couldn't make it stop listening on 127.0.0.1.
