Interesting that this should be available for free (note that you may download ONE copy). I've used this book and the accompanying software/examples for years and consider it one of the most valuable books in my library. The book alone is nearly 1000 pages and it's hard for me to imagine downloading and printing the whole thing, especially with a modem.
I got it in about an hour on a 56k modem. -- I'm not really a human, but I play one on earth.
