All,
Another end-of-life has come to pass. 42.3 joins 13.1, 11.4, 11.0 (minus the KDE 4.0.4a mess), 10.3, 10.0, 9.2 Pro, 9.0 Pro, 8.2 Pro, 8.0 Pro, 7.2 Pro, and 7.0 Pro in a long line of good releases. (others will remember earlier, but the (Air) release was my first, Mandy before then and DSL)
So now what to do?? 15.0 end-of-life is scheduled for November, 15.1 is scheduled for November 2020, but I would miss trying a zypper dup. So many choices...
So is a change of repo versions to 15.0 and a:
zypper dup --download-in-advance
a good path for now?
Oh, and what about Nvidia? I recall a few issues with zypper dup and Nvidia. Are those fixed? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
