Real Player 10 - No sound??

Mates, Trying to watch Nasa TV on my 9.3 box with Real Player 10. I can't get any sound. Anybody else having this problem. The link is: http://www.nasa.gov/ram/35037main_portal.ram I get the video, but no audio. I've check the kmix setting and everything looks OK. Let me know what you get... -- David C.
