-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I haven't spent much thought about this in the 15 or so years I deal with Linux now but since I moved to Finland, it struck me... How do I type combined chars like éêë or ü under Opensuse 12.1 Under Windows and OSX, you type e.g. ´ and then e. On the Finnish keyboard there is a " button at the place where the ü is on the German keyboard, but it's not actually a " button. It is meant to create Üü by first pressing the button and then pressing Uu but again, similar to the ´ ` key, it immediately creates a " when you press it. So how do I type those combined chars? - -S - -- (o_ Stefan Gofferje | SCLT, MCP, CCSA //\ Reg'd Linux User #247167 | VCP #2263 V_/_ Heckler & Koch - the original point and click interface 09:12am up 20:56, 3 users, load average: 0.19, 0.20, 0.29 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.18 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAk8k82QACgkQbQKZlCdPOMMKbQCffXUWIvLHwqolZ/SbVrScUgPw nnYAnit3nYVT4wZ+ZKv04A9ispsAHGei =HT7w -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
