I've tried installing SuSE 6.0 from CD, and had partitioned my HD into /, /usr and /opt. The manual still says commercial packages are installed into /opt, so I gave it plenty of space. Howeverm when I went through YaST to select packages for installation, the running total showing remaining space on each partition indicated that nothing seemed to be going into /opt, but that my /usr was being used up at a great rate of knots. Should I just repartition into / and /usr, or am I missing something else? -- Chris Keenan - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A</A>> and the archiv at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A</A>>
