pin amarok, will tell you if it's on your install disks.
Oh, the amarok without mp3 support certainly is, since I've installed it. But I'm looking for the one *with* mp3 support, and it doesn't seem to be at packman (for SuSE 1.0, at least).
Thanks for the pointer. I found amarok there and downloaded it. But the install failed for lack of a bunch of libraries: error: Failed dependencies: ruby is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libmtp >= 0.0.12 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libxine1 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libtunepimp-mad is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libgpod.so.0 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libifp.so.4 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libmtp.so.3 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libmysqlclient.so.14 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libnjb.so.5 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libpq.so.4 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 libruby.so.1.8 is needed by amarok-1.4.3-15.guru.suse100 amarok = 1.3.8 is needed by (installed) amarok-xine-1.3.8-14.3 Any idea where those are to be found or how I might go about looking for them? They aren't in an obvious place at either packman or suser-guru. Paul
