[opensuse] openSUSE 10.3 couldn't shutdown

Hi, I've been using openSUSE 10.3 for few months and have no problems with it. But recently, the shutdown feature is disabled by some unknown reasons. I use GNOME, when I select Computer -> Shutdown, the Shutdown and Restart options are disabled, and I can only choose Sleep or Hibernate. So when I want to turn off the computer, I have to either use "shutdown -h 0" or logout first, then choose Shutdown from the Login screen, which is very inconvenient. Has anyone have the same problem? Could you please show me how to fix it?
