I have used it extensively and recommend it anyone. If you are using SuSE 9.3 it is not yet available but should be soon. I does ease the pain of configuring some components that don't come with a gui.
I am using 1.200 from www.webmin.com on 9.3 (the noarch rpm). I have used it for years for partitioning, setting cron jobs, etc.--almost anything a linux system can do.
When I try to install it I get the following error: Preparing... ########################################### [100%] Unable to identify operating system error: %pre(webmin-1.200-1) scriptlet failed, exit status 2 error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping webmin-1.200-1 Did you modify the rpm somehow? Checking the supported OS's on the webmin site does not show SuSE as supported yet. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998 "The day Microsoft makes something that doesn't suck is probably the day they start making vacuum cleaners." -Ernst Jan Plugge
