While I understand the spirit in which you make your suggestion it is arrogant to think that they haven't already considered or are considering anything you could suggest.

" That is taken straight from the website. There already is a mailing list for new product announcements. is listed there with URLs and preferably a description. I cannot recall seeing a single letter in it?
