Yep. That would be the case. I was curious about it, and then couldn't turn it off.

No problem. Other than a few minor issues, it seems to be coming along really well. The speed of the installation is much better. I have noticed that the graphical YaST doesn't install, but that may be because I didn't install zypper. I will re-install and allow zypper to be installed.
