I use SLED SP1 with gnome. I have a multimedia keyboard and would like to use the "buttons" on the keyboard (volume and web browser buttons). The kernel sees the "presses" but i can not figure out how to configure for button keyboard.
You can probably use the application called KeyTouch. There are builds in the repositories for various versions of SUSE, or you can get t direct from the website - http://keytouch.sourceforge.net/dl-keytouch.php There are loads of predefined keyboards available, and if yours isn't in there, there is an editor you can use to link keypress events to actions. All quite handy and relatively easy to use. C. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
