RealPlayer-10.0.5.756-20050513.i586.rpm on openSUSE beta2
Audio and video streams, no problem (even in synch which is always a bonus...)
Peter.
Thanks for letting me know, Peter. I shall now take a closer look at my own systems (actually the video stream has failed on at least two of my systems one has a nvidia card and the other a matrox card). I should have mentioned before that I am running RealPlayer-10.0.5.756-20050513 on openSUSE beta2. I'm assuming that you didn't have to tweak anything?
Eddie
What I've discovered so far is that several live streams only produce audio and no video output. These streams seem to work fine on SuSE9.3 giving both audio and video output. So is there a codec or something missing in the opensuse betas that cause this or is it a bug? The stream that I am personally particularly interested in is: http://boss.streamos.com/real-live/tabn/7867/300_tabn-tv_050207.smi Perhaps someone can try it and see if they get video output. Thanks Eddie
