There are several install options for 11.0. You can download the DVD or you can download the LiveCD images. The "official" LiveCDs are KDE4 and Gnome. However, a nice guy made us a KDE3 LiveCD,

My new favorite way is from USB stick/drive. It's nicely documented on the Wiki here: http://en.opensuse.org/SuSE_install_from_USB_drive I travel with that bootable USB installer now :-) It has come in handy quite a few times.
