[SLE] forwarding and masquerading II

Another question about the same. I couldn't find neither the file ipfwadm nor the man about this. I think it could be because there are something that should be in the kernel and it isn't. I have recompiled the kernel but it isn't appear. Is this file needed to masquerading work? ThanK you for your help!!!!!!!
