Hi, how can I configure the name server under wvdial? Is it sufficient to specify the DNS in /etc/ppp/options? It doesnt, however, work this way... any idea? Pppd is started correctly, but I'm not able to access any site... Mano :)

Specify the DNS in /etc/resolv.conf. It should take the form: domain thisisyourdns.com nameserver 123.456.78 YAST will do this also for you. -- Michael Perry mperry@znet.com ---------------------- -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A</A>> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A</A>>
