Mind you, I'm running KDE 3.3.2, but here's how I'd do it: Konqueror -> Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> File Associations Near the top of the window, there is a text field labeled "Find filename pattern:". Type "cd" (minus the quotes) into this field. KDE then shows only a couple of options; neither of which is under Audio.
