Partition 2 has different physical/logical endings: phys=(782, 254, 63) logical=(783, 254, 63)
I have the same thing on both of my disks. I think it's probably down to the Win/DOS FDisk. Anyway, they've both been like it over a year now, and it hasn't done any harm...
