[opensuse] HOWTO Change ext3 journaling?

Hi, I recently setup a couple of partitions with ext3 with a journal mode of journal ie not the default of ordered. I loaded OpenSuSE 11.0 onto it and have done a fair bit of configuring but would like to change the journaling mode to the default of ordered. Using my friend Google I found: http://en.opensuse.org/Speeding_up_Ext3 but am confused by what is under 'Enabling Writeback Mode' and which command to use as to my knowlege I do not have writeback mode but journal mode. I would assume I use the journaled command but would like to make sure.
