Well, it was not so much for me personally as it was a general question. I looked at the Belgian stores and none had it. I think it is strange, because the FTP version will be online the same moment it hits the store, it will keep people away from buying. There used to be a short time that people wanted the latest version and could not wait for the FTP version.
If it's not available right away, I can definitely see people doing an FTP install and not bothering with the CD set.
For me though, I'd much rather have the DVD/CDs even though I have a 10Mbit internet connection and could FTP it. I install SUSE on a lot of machines (home, work, friends) and I'd be lost without my master DVD.

Nice if you want to include MPlayer and other stuff on your own master DVD: http://www.opensuse.org/1_CD_install#How_to_create_your_own_1_CD_install houghi -- Quote correct (NL) http://www.briachons.org/art/quote/ Zitiere richtig (DE) http://www.afaik.de/usenet/faq/zitieren Quote correctly (EN) http://www.netmeister.org/news/learn2quote.html
