[opensuse] i loose keyboard keys while running vmware with opensuse installation

      hi,

i'm installing 11.1 on a vmware server virtual machine, and i loose part 
of the keyboard - shift, alt, ctrl. i can't type uppercase, etc. i have to 
close session to restore.

ideas

this does not happens when vm runs windows guest.
