kernel info

Hi I been looking for an kernel rpm for suse 7.1 i did find on gwdg.de k_deflt-2.4.19-40.i586.rpm from mantel can someone tell me if they are running this kernel and if it works good also if it has all the modules etc as kernel 2.4.16 did as i wouldnt want to lose anything i have now also if it does can someone please give me the cmds i need to upgrde this kernel thanks in advance Bob
