I wanted to update Kmail, I figured it would update Kde also to the latest Kde 4.1 not 4.2 . I did not add the 4.2 repository, nor did I intend on adding it or moving to 4.2. I am not sure what happened but I will start again from scratch with 11.0.

You are not the only one to have had problems with getting stuff you dont want .. i wanted KDE 4.2 and wound up with 4.3 alpha stuff that caused total mayhem on the machine wound up having to do a complete install from the ground up because no amount of package uninstalls solved the problems , There is definately somethink a bit cranked in the repo's at times and it aint not fun Pete . -- Opensuse 10.3 x86_64 (Linux is like a wigwam no Gates, no Windows, and an Apache inside.) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
