Hi,
because this seems to follow up to another mail, i am not sure if related to you, but some new graphic problems (on tumbleweed) are related to the installed xf86-video-intel driver. so maybe check if this is installed at your system. if yes only remove it has solved problems for some people including me at a notebook with noveau and installed xf86-video-intel.

Finally changed the default kernel for leap 15. First 4.9.x and now 4.19.15. As expected, I got rid of tearing - mostly the bottom half of the screen - while using KDE zoom functionality.
I guessed before that 4.12 had a problem with the Nouveau drivers so I changed to another kernel. Now finally I can use Leap 15 as my production environment.
Strange, however, that nobody reported similar behavior before, at least not to my knowledge.

1e - No top posting. 2e - The problem was with Leap 15, not with Tumbleweed. If x86-video-intel would have been involved, it must have happen after changing the kernel too? -- Frans -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
