He wants SUSE10.0 installed on the 32GB RAID-1 partition. The SUSE 10 installer says that RAID is already enabled on the only two disks in the system and refers me to the KDB on suse.com.
But can you see the two partitions as /dev/sda3 and /dev/sdb3? If that is so, you can ignore what the installer says and make a Linux software RAID1 there.
Yes I can see all the partitions just fine... so... install SUSE on sda3, enable Linux RAID to mirror on sdb3... allow SUSE to see sda2/sdb2 (shared FAT32 mirrored partition) and hope for the best :-) C.
