I have been looking for squid 2.7 for opensuse 12.3 - no luck. Does anyone know where I might find it?
I need 2.7 for the storeurlrewrite functionality which is not yet supported by squid 3.2.
this shows 2.7 squid for opensuse 12.2 : might it be useable??
Yes, thanks, that might work. I wonder why I didn't find that at software.opensuse.org. (which appears to be growing slower every day).
The build farm just got a bunch of new servers a few days ago, the queue of x86 builds is gone except for one crazy home project with 5000+ packages that apparently have a complex bootstrapping sequence, so a least 12 hours ago they were building just a few at a time. (The build farm can do 400 simultaneously now. 250 before I think.) Maybe you could ask them if some resources could be moved around to make software.opensuse.org faster. Since these servers just hit the build farm a couple days ago, they may already have a plan to watch things for a bit then do some restructuring to smooth out the full build/publish/search lifecycle.
