[oS-EN] Caps lock key and led problem - ideas?

Hi, I have a small nuisance with the led on the caps lock key of this laptop: on wakeup from hibernation it is on, while typing produces lowercase letters. What I do is hit the key twice. Is there something I could do? Is this a bug to be reported, for instance? Could I run something to read the led and switch it off if it is on? maybe automatically on return from hibernation.
