That repo comes from the TeamViewer client you have installed.

That does seem to be the error. Odd that it was always at the point it was accessing the python repo. Obviously, that was the previous repo that in fact worked. It could be nice if zypper reported the repo it was trying to access, not just the server for that repo. No matter. Problem solved. Thanks! I disabled the Team Viewer repos and now all works again.
