Just tried (as root). Got the following result
Writing DVD+R Using Wodim 1.1.0 - Copyright (C) 2006 Cdrkit suite contributors Starting writing at 16x speed Probably a buffer underrun occurred Please choose a lower burning speed.
It still seems to be trying to use the CD stuff i.e. Wodim.
No, wodim burns dvds just fine.
Did you specify a burning speed? Leave it as "auto". If it was "auto", lower the speed.
(I using K3b Version 1.69.0, KDE 4.3.1, openSUSE 11.2 64bit)
That wodim is old; oS 11.2 has 1.1.9.
Now i have this issue BUT it has only occured since 11.2 this silly Please choose a lower burning speed the drive is fine under 10.3 so what has been screwed up in 11.2 to make it want to reduce it even more when it Should be attempting to Speed things UP make no sense at all .
Pete .
Hi, its not just in 11.2, I can't burn dvd's with k3b in 11.1 either. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
