Vmware's strength is hardware emulation. I can even run Vista Aero theme in a virtual machine inside my OpenSuse host on Vmware Workstation 7.
Hi John. Long time, but I often see/read your mails here :-)
What machine do you have for this vitual stuff, and how is it equipped ?.

My main development machine is a 6gig ram, quad processor. I am usually running at least two virtual machines in that machine, sometimes more. I have dual monitors, and one is dedicated to Vmware. My laptop is a 3gig ram core 2 duo machine where I usually only run one or two virtual machines. The above run Vmware Workstation. We also run the Free Vmware Server on one of our firewalls to run an application in a windows sandbox. -- A computer without Microsoft is like a chocolate cake without mustard. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
