There is an option in KFM (KDE File Manager) to do a treemode on the left side. I am not sure exactly where it is at, i am in windows right now. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Denning" <jdenning@pobox.com> To: <suse-linux-e@suse.com> Sent: Monday, January 31, 2000 9:01 PM Subject: [SLE] Win Explorer type app f/KDE?
I'm not sure what this type of application is called, but the actual file/folder directory viewer, move... program like Windows Explorer. I use KDE the default seems to be really limited. I like two panes, one with a tree structure and the other with the contents of the selected folder. Or I'd even entertain other views.
Are there any other choices? Where and how do I get one? If it's on the 6.3 DVD where do I find it?
