use the freesco router on a disk from www.freesco.org , just download it , copy to floppy and stick it into any old box , reboot , configure it (takes about 10 minutes) amd then just set the windows boxes to the router box with dns server I think it is. This has firewalliing in it as well by default as well. To do this with suse you will need to look into ip masq and frirewalling to do the same. A lot more difficult and time consuming.
