[opensuse] Lastest Kernel update kernel-default-4.4.73-18.17.1.x86_64 causes crashes on shutdown

Before I write a bug report, I like to hear, if everyone else has problems with the latest openSUSE Leap 42.2 kernel update (kernel-default-4.4.73-18.17.1.x86_64)? If I try to shutdown or reboot the PC, the Kernel crashes at the end. As a work-around for the problem, that the PC is unresponsive after reboot action I set "kernel.panic = 20" in /etc/sysctl.d/reboot-after-kernel-panic.conf.
