I've gotten a positive response from the Belnet ftp maintainer!

More good news: ibiblio is going to be a mirror in the near future as well, *and* I'm also adding the torrents to the new ibiblio torrents server. This means that in the very near future ibiblio will be seeding the torrents, hopefully speeding up downloads for everyone. Best, Lode
