Tks, I will institute that on my desk/laptops but what do you do on a server?
I'm not sure I understand the question.
I *think* he means that he's one of the people who shuts down and restarts his desktop every day or perhaps more than once a day, but the server (under the desk in my case, in the "computer room" for many others) is not shut down/restarted with any regularly; in fact the whole point of the server is uninterrupted operation.. And it is on the server that the accumulation of /tmp "debris" is likely to be at its most pernicious. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
