So it actually runs, but you are curious about the error? ISTR something about an environment variable SLOPPY_LOCK or similar, which some have reported success with. It sounds like this antivir is basically a curiosity - OTOH if your system is a server to windows clients, then there is a need for AV- but clamscan is better suited to scripted checks, and samba has hooks into clamav for real time "on access" scanning, so that's probably your best bet anyway.
